We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, pack information, pricing and availability accurately. Food products may show natural variations in colour, texture or appearance between batches. The current product label supplied with the product should be treated as the primary source for ingredient, nutrition, batch, storage and other mandatory product information.

Website content is intended to describe our products and general food use. It is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Customers with allergies, dietary restrictions or medical concerns should review the current label and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charges or other charges will be shown according to the website and checkout configuration. Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Online payments are processed through the payment method/provider enabled on the website. Cash on Delivery should be stated as available only for serviceable orders and locations where the business actually offers it. 

7. Shipping and Delivery 

We deliver to serviceable locations through courier/logistics partners. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by location, courier operations, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside reasonable control. The website must publish the actual dispatch and shipping rules once confirmed. Free-shipping claims must exactly match the rule applied at checkout.

Because ghee is a food product, opened or used products generally cannot be accepted as ordinary returns for change of mind. This does not limit remedies available under applicable law for defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods.
